WPP’s gender mainstreaming activities are related to the ongoing effort of mainstreaming gender in a pilot project for a gender sensitive peacebuilding intervention, in order to investigate and promote a gender perspective in civilian-based peacekeeping.

While gender mainstreaming in general is ongoing by way of training and information provision beyond strict contacts, progress in terms of gender mainstreaming is also made.
